Thaali

Platter Selection

 

The traditional Indian way of eating is food served in a large stainless steel platter called the thaali, with several bowls of different dishes, giving a balanced combination of nutrition, flavours, texture & colours

 

Our Thaali consists of five small portions of different curries, plus Basmati Rice, Papadams, Garden Salad, Sambles, Raita, Pickles &.a choice of Roti, Tandoori Roti, Romali Roti, or any Naan from our Naan selection

 

 

Gujarati Thaali

This is a pure vegetarian platter with the following curries: Navarathna Korma, Dhal Makhani, Aloo Masala, Sambhaar & Dhal

Gosht Thaali

Five different lamb curries from our Lamb selection: Aloo Gosht, Gosht Bhoona, Gosht Tikka Masala, Shai Shaagwala & Gosht Vindaloo

Murgh Thaali

Five different chicken curries from our Chicken selection: Aloo Murgh, Kadhai Murgh, Murgh Korma, Murgh Tikka Masala & Murgh Vindaloo

Samoondar Thaali

This platter consists of Jhinga Masala (10 out of shell prawns), Jhinga Fry (3 Tiger Queen Prawns), Machi Masala (2 chunks of King Klip fillet), Machi Fry (2 chunks of King Klip fillet) & Calamari Steak Masala

Mix Thaali

This platter consists of a Gosht Tikka Masala (Lamb curry), Kadhai Murgh (Chicken curry), Jhinga Masala (10 out of shell prawns), Navarathna Korma (Mix Veg curry) & Tandoori (¼) chargrilled chicken

Roti/Naan or Rice is bottomless if not shared.
